How to brew
Boiling water (for 1 cup)
Pour 200-230ml of boiling water over half of the tea leaves in the packet.
Drink when the tea has reached your desired strength.
The second cup of tea can be enjoyed in the same way.
It is convenient to put tea leaves in a tea packet or strainer.

For making mizudashi (1 liter)
Pour about 1 liter of water into 1 pack of hōji-cha.
Refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours.
When the desired thickness is reached, strain the tea leaves through a tea strainer and drink.
Cold chazuke is recommended in summer.
