This unique matcha is a rare "single variety", unlike ordinary matcha that combines several varieties, which is often done to cut costs and makes it impossible to discern its composition.
"Hatsuhinode" is made from 100% Kyoto's "Saemidori" brand of Uji tea. And because it is an agricultural product, the flavor is slightly different every year. Please look forward to receiving this year's unique flavor, which is only possible because it is a single variety.
