This matcha has a refreshing flavor with a good balance of umami and bitterness.

"matsu-no-uchi" refers to the period from January 1 to around January 15. It is an important period for the beginning of a new year, and the freshness of this matcha will set your mind at ease. A rare single variety. "Matsu" means pine tree. It comes in a matte green tin to reflect the green color of pine trees.
